This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through minemirth.com (the “Website”) operated by Mine Mirth LLC (“Mine Mirth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products or services purchased on minemirth.com, except as expressly required by applicable law.
By completing a purchase on our Website, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted this No-Refund policy.
2. No Refunds Due to Market Volatility
Cryptocurrency mining equipment prices are highly volatile and closely tied to the price of cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, and others. The value and profitability of equipment such as ASIC miners (including but not limited to S19 and S21 series), GPUs, and mining rigs can fluctuate significantly based on:
- Cryptocurrency market prices
- Mining difficulty levels
- Electricity costs
- Regulatory changes
- Technological obsolescence
Therefore, we cannot issue refunds or accept returns even if the market price of the equipment drops after your purchase or if the equipment becomes less profitable than anticipated at the time of purchase. Similar to commodities like gold, oil, or other volatile assets, you assume full market risk upon purchase.
3. No Refunds for Damaged Items
Due to the nature of cryptocurrency mining equipment and market volatility, we do not offer refunds or returns even if products arrive damaged.
If your equipment arrives damaged, you must:
- Document the damage with photographs and/or video immediately upon receipt
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via minemirth.com/contact
- Work directly with the manufacturer or shipping carrier for any warranty claims or shipping insurance claims
We will, at our sole discretion, assist you in filing a claim with the manufacturer or carrier, but we are not obligated to provide a refund or replacement.
4. Exceptions Required by Law
The only circumstances under which a refund may be issued are those mandated by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Even in such cases:
- Refunds, if any, will be processed using the original payment method
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
- You are responsible for any return shipping costs, customs fees, and insurance
If you believe a legal exception applies, you must provide clear evidence and legal justification. We reserve the right to seek legal advice before processing any such refund.
5. No Refunds for Hosting or Services
All hosting fees, service fees, maintenance fees, storage fees, and any other recurring or one-time service charges are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:
- Hosting facility fees
- Electricity costs
- Maintenance and testing fees
- Storage fees
- Broker or escrow service fees
Once a service period has begun or payment has been made, no partial or full refunds will be issued, even if you choose to terminate services early.
6. No Refunds for Lost Profitability
Mine Mirth LLC does not guarantee any specific level of profitability, uptime, or return on investment from any equipment or hosting service purchased through minemirth.com. You assume all risk of financial loss. We will not issue refunds based on:
- Lower-than-expected mining rewards
- Equipment breakdowns or malfunctions (see our Release of Liability Agreement)
- Network difficulty increases
- Cryptocurrency price crashes
- Regulatory actions affecting mining
7. Chargeback and Dispute Policy
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, credit card company, or payment processor:
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately
- You will be liable for all fees, costs, and expenses incurred by Mine Mirth LLC in responding to the dispute, including but not limited to chargeback fees, legal fees, and collection costs
- If the chargeback is determined to be invalid or not based on a legal exception to our No-Refund policy, you agree to pay an additional administrative fee of $250 (or equivalent in your local currency) plus any collection costs
We will vigorously defend all improper chargebacks and may report abuse to relevant consumer reporting agencies.
8. Warranty Claims vs. Refunds
We do not provide refunds for defective equipment. Instead, defective equipment may be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, if any. It is your responsibility to:
- Review the manufacturer’s warranty terms before purchase
- Contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service
- Pay any shipping, customs, or repair costs associated with warranty claims
We may, at our sole discretion and as a courtesy, assist you in facilitating warranty claims with manufacturers, but we are not obligated to do so and assume no liability for the outcome.
9. How to Request a Refund (If Legally Required)
In the rare event that you believe a refund is legally required despite this policy, you must:
- Contact us within 7 days of the purchase or delivery date
- Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and detailed explanation with legal basis
- Submit any supporting documentation (photos, videos, legal citations)
We will review your request and respond within 14 business days. Approval of any refund is at our sole discretion unless mandated by a court or government authority.

10. No Refunds on Deposits or Layaway Payments
Any deposits, down payments, or layaway installment payments made toward equipment or services are 100% non-refundable. If you fail to complete your payment schedule, you forfeit all amounts paid, and we reserve the right to cancel your order and resell the equipment.
11. International Orders
For international orders (outside the United States), you are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees. No refunds will be issued for:
- Orders refused due to customs or import restrictions
- Orders abandoned at customs
- Orders seized by government authorities
- Refusal to pay customs fees or duties

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on minemirth.com.
