Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through minemirth.com (the “Website”) operated by Mine Mirth LLC (“Mine Mirth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Order Processing Time
Once your payment has been fully cleared in our account, we begin processing your order.
- Standard processing time: 5 to 8 working days
- Working days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays
Processing includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and coordination with our manufacturers or shipping partners.
Note: Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. The processing clock starts only after we receive confirmed payment clearance (not at the time of your order placement).
2. Transit Time (Delivery to Your Country)
After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated transit time to arrive in your country is:
- 5 to 10 working days
This timeframe begins once the carrier has picked up the shipment from our facility or our manufacturer’s facility.
Important: Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any delays once the shipment is in the hands of the carrier.
3. Customs Clearance
You are solely responsible for customs clearance in your country.
- Customs processing times vary significantly by country and cannot be predicted
- Some shipments may clear customs within hours; others may take days or even weeks
- You are responsible for providing any documentation requested by customs authorities
- Failure to respond to customs requests may result in seizure, return, or destruction of your shipment
We will provide reasonable assistance with customs documentation upon request, but we assume no liability for customs delays, denials, seizures, or additional fees.
4. Customs Fees, Duties, and Taxes
You are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by your country or the shipping carrier.
These fees are not included in the price you pay on minemirth.com unless specifically stated otherwise (see Section 5 below regarding DDP shipping).
Common fees you may be required to pay include:
- Import duties and tariffs
- Value Added Tax (VAT) or Goods and Services Tax (GST)
- Customs processing fees
- Carrier brokerage fees
- Storage fees if you delay customs clearance
If you refuse to pay customs fees, the shipment may be abandoned, returned, or destroyed. No refund will be issued in such cases.
5. DDP Shipping for USA (Delivered Duty Paid)
For customers in the United States, we occasionally offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping for a small additional charge.
What DDP means: All customs duties, taxes, and fees are prepaid by us. You will not owe anything upon delivery.
How to request DDP shipping:
- DDP is not automatically applied to your order
- You must contact us before completing your purchase to request DDP shipping to the USA
- We will provide you with a quote for the additional DDP fee
- Once you agree and pay the additional fee, your shipment will be processed with DDP terms

Note: DDP shipping is offered at our sole discretion and may not be available for all products, order values, or destinations. For all other countries outside the USA, DDP is generally not available—please assume you are responsible for all customs fees unless we explicitly confirm otherwise in writing.
6. Shipping Carriers
We use reputable international shipping carriers such as:
- DHL
- UPS
- FedEx
- Other trusted logistics partners, as determined by availability and destination
You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
7. Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
- We are not liable for shipments delivered to an incorrect address provided by you
- If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for all re-shipping costs
- Address changes after order placement may not be possible; contact us immediately if you need to correct an address
8. Lost or Stolen Shipments
Once a shipment is marked as “delivered” by the carrier:
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
- You are responsible for filing any claims with the carrier or your own insurance
- We will provide proof of delivery and assist with tracking information upon request
For shipments lost in transit (not marked delivered), we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. However, we do not guarantee refunds or replacements for lost shipments.
9. Shipping Insurance
We strongly recommend that you request shipping insurance for high-value orders. Contact us before shipment to add insurance. Insurance costs, if available, will be quoted separately.
If you decline insurance, you assume all risk of loss or damage during transit.
10. Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different locations (e.g., directly from manufacturers). You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment if applicable.
11. International Shipping Outside the USA
For customers outside the United States:
- DDP shipping is generally not available
- You are fully responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees
- Some countries have restrictions or bans on cryptocurrency mining equipment—it is your responsibility to verify that your country allows importation of such equipment before placing an order
- We are not liable for shipments seized, destroyed, or returned by your country’s customs authorities
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Wars, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Pandemics or quarantines
- Strikes or labor disputes
- Government actions or regulations
- Carrier strikes or bankruptcies
13. No Refunds for Shipping Delays
We do not offer refunds, discounts, or compensation for shipping delays of any kind, including but not limited to:
- Processing delays
- Carrier transit delays
- Customs clearance delays
All shipping timeframes are estimates only. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
14. Changes to This Shipping Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on minemirth.com. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
