Bitaxe NerdOCTaxe 9.6Th/s is a step up from smaller USB miners, offering nearly 10 Terahashes of power. It is built around Bitmain’s BM1370 ASIC chips (the same generation found in the Antminer S21 Pro), configured in either a 6-chip or 8-chip layout depending on the specific board revision.

Design & Usability
It features a compact, open-frame design optimized for thermal management. Most models come equipped with dual 90mm fans and a USB-C port for easy firmware updates. The miner includes a user-friendly OLED display that shows real-time stats like hashrate, temperature, and pool status. It supports both Ethernet and WiFi connectivity, allowing you to place it anywhere in your home.

Solo Mining Focus
Unlike “pool mining” which pays small, frequent amounts, this machine is designed for solo mining. Every time you turn it on, you are competing with industrial farms for the chance to find a block. If the device finds a block (currently 3.125 BTC + fees), the entire reward goes to you. However, please note that statistically, with 9.6 Th/s, finding a block alone is extremely rare (like winning a lottery) and is intended as a hobbyist project.
