Can my miner ship straight to a hosting facility?
Yes. Choose a hosting plan or contact us before checkout and we coordinate delivery and setup with the partner facility once capacity is confirmed.
Do miners come with a warranty?
Coverage depends on the manufacturer and the unit’s condition. Each product page lists the warranty that applies to that listing.
Which payment methods can I use?
Every available payment method is shown at checkout. For large or multi-unit orders, contact us about invoicing.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on stock location and destination. In-stock items show their dispatch estimate on the product page, and you can track every order from your account.
What’s the difference between SHA-256 and Scrypt miners?
SHA-256 machines mine Bitcoin. Scrypt machines mine Litecoin and Dogecoin, usually merge-mined together. They are not interchangeable — choose the algorithm first, then the machine.
